How long can I store your jelly on the shelf?
Jams and jellies should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place, between 50-70°F and be used within a year. Color and texture changes may occur depending on the type of jelly but as long as the jelly is sealed, free of mold and yeasts it should be safe to eat within that time frame.

How long can I store your jelly after opening them?
Regular jams and jellies should be kept in the refrigerator after being opened and should be fine to store for 1 month. No sugar added jellies might have a shorter shelf life.
