As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Sweet Life Jelly Company. The main thing to remember is that by purchasing a product from Sweet Life Jelly Company, you agree to the terms set forth below.
If a product is spoiled or damaged, you have 2 weeks to request an exchange or refund the item with a receipt.
Please email info@sweetlifejellycompany.com to request the exchange or refund. In the email be sure to include a picture of the receipt and the damaged or spoiled product. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges for our products at our retail locations.
Since our business is local and does not normally ship product we will work with you personally to ensure we can make an exchange for a fresh product. If it isn’t possible to set up a delivery or pick-up we will arrange to ship a new product to you at our expense.
We do not require that you ship the product back to us, simply take a picture of the damaged or spoiled product as proof and discard it.
